CASINA (Reggio Emilia) – He remains hospitalized at the Maggiore hospital in Parma Learco Morani, the 80-year-old farmer who was thrown from his tractor yesterday in Costaferrata di Casina. Around midday the old man, father of the former Casina councilor Sara Morani, was cutting the grass in the orchard not far from his home when, perhaps due to the slope, he lost control of the vehicle which overturned. However, the man remained conscious and able to scream to get the attention of his family.
The emergency services were alerted, Morani was loaded aboard the air ambulance arriving from Pavullo sul Frignano and transported to Maggiore in Parma where he remains hospitalized in intensive care and the prognosis remains reserved due to the serious head trauma he suffered.
