Last night, in fact, some sommeliers from the Brindisi delegation participated in the service of the official G7 dinner which took place in the Castello Svevo in Brindisi.

A path made of constant training and daily comparison with the territory and with the food and wine excellences that this province offers. The sommelier coordinates the castle service. prof. Vito Antonio Giovane, bar room teacher at the Alberghiero Agostinelli in Ceglie Messapica. “It was exciting to receive the satisfaction of the wines of our territory from the world’s greats and the appreciation of the dishes and gastronomic combinations; the authenticity and unique peculiarities of the products of our land – highlights Giovane – left an indelible mark on all the participating leaders. Finally, the touch of elegance that embellished the dinner was the EVO oil from Puglia”
