Saturday 15 June inauguration of the first public defibrillator

On Saturday 15 June at 10.00 am in Piazza San Giovanni Evangelista at number 37 there will be the inauguration of the first public defibrillator for Montecelio. The creation of this new PAD (Public Access Defibrillation) station was possible thanks to the donors of the fundraiser organized by the Classe 83, but also thanks to the availability of the De Michele Sergio Pharmacy and the commitment of the municipal administration for the necessary authorizations from of the Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape for the Metropolitan Area of ​​Rome and the Province of Rieti.

“A dutiful thank you to everyone – declares the President of the ODV Arturo Michele Masucci – this station is the result of the commitment and active collaboration between various subjects who all worked towards a single objective, to make Montecelio a Cardioprotected Village!” The defibrillator will be accessible 24 hours a day and for the occasion the ODV volunteer trainers will carry out free demonstrations on cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers and the use of the defibrillator for the benefit of those who will be present at the event.
