A 35-year-old man from the province of Pavia was arrested in Vercelli following an order issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Court of Pavia: author of numerous crimes against property, people and drugs.

The Flying Squad of the Vercelli Police Headquarters has a 35 year old man arrested originally from the province of Pavia and resident in Vercelli, in execution of a provision issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Court of Pavia. The subject is burdened by numerous criminal and police records for crimes against property, against the person and relating to narcotics.
Failure to comply with the provisions
The arrest order was issued following the revocation of the suspension of a previous enforcement orderissued years earlier by the same Court, for a residential burglary in which weapons had also been stolen. The revocation was motivated by thefailure of the subject to comply with the requirements imposed by the Judicial Authoritywho then ordered his immediate return to prison.
Tracked down and taken to prison
The The 35-year-old was tracked down in a well-known business in Vercelli and taken to the police station for the formalities. Subsequently, he was transferred to the Contrada Billiemme prison, where he will have to serve a residual sentence of 10 months in prison.
