A new chapter opens for Turin women’s basketball: the Libertas Moncalieri and Don Bosco Crocetta Turin announce with great enthusiasm a historic collaboration that unites two reference realities of the city’s basketball scene.
The agreement, which will start from the next sports season, has as its main objective: strengthen the movement and promote basketball in the area. Both clubs boast a long tradition in city basketball, having played on important stages and trained numerous athletes who, after their experience in the youth world, moved on to senior theatres.
With this collaboration, Libertas Moncalieri and Don Bosco Crocetta Torino intend to combine their strengths and skills to offer young basketball players an even more complete and competitive growth path with an eye towards the first yellow-blue team which will also see the Lunettes play at the PalaEinaudi of Moncalieri under the guidance of coaches Pillo Terzoloa key figure not only for the first team but also for the entire Libertas youth sector.
By combining their passions and skills, the two companies are therefore ready to face new challenges and achieve increasingly ambitious goals.
The objective is undoubtedly to create an environment of optimal growth and development for young basketball players, encouraging their passion for basketball and accompanying them on their sporting and personal training path.
We will start with the group Under 13 and this will allow Don Bosco Crocetta Torino to guarantee its girls a safe and high-level sporting path at the end of the course Mini basketball and rookies.
