The last teachers’ meeting of the “PN Vaccina” school of the 2023 – 24 school year took place on Tuesday 11 June: a sort of important temporal node which on the one hand saw the closing of the chapter in the history of the “Vaccina” school as a secondary school of first degree, on the other hand it sees all the protagonists of the same school working for the organization of the institution of new comprehensive schoolas established by the school sizing plan, proposed by the municipal administration and approved in January of the current year by the regional council.

A significant moment also experienced in the spirit of sharing important goals achieved by some members of the school community.

In fact, this last college also provided the opportunity to greet the DSGA with affection and emotion Raffaella Zaccaro, who after years of work alongside the manager, in support of all the teachers, the ATA staff, the pupils and the families, carried out impeccably, with so much professionalism, passion, determination and always with a smile on their lips, will move to a secondary school. «If the school has been able to achieve many goals, carry out many projects, live complex outdoor learning experiences, it was also and above all thanks to the more technical and administrative work carried out by our Raffaella» commented the director Francesca Attimonelli.

A warm and affectionate greeting was also addressed to the teacher of Mathematics and Science Maria Rizzi who transfers to another school in the province of Bari.

Last but not least, the manager, the teachers and all the school staff rallied around the teachers Giovanna Colasanto And Tonia Regano which will be placed into retirement from September. The manager, retracing the stages of the two teachers’ scholastic careers, could not help but recall the great professionalism and above all the humanity that have always characterized the work of the two literature teachers. «There is no student who has not felt understood and loved by Giovanna and Tonia, who has not felt pushed to get to know each other, to go beyond their limits, accompanied on their growth path by their kind words and their always attentive look.” These are the words of the director who thus greets her teachers, her friends and who, finally, invites the entire school community to remain united and look together with confidence to the near future of this school and to the changes that everyone will have to face.
