Rome, 13 June 2024 – Everything is ready for the dinner of the greatest leaders in the world gathered in Puglia for the G7. The dinner, which will be hosted this evening by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarellawill take place in the splendid setting of Swabian Castle of Brindisi. Each region will make its contribution: tomato and toasted bread ice cream with crunchy bread and gold leaf from Campania and, to follow, Adriatic fish soup, directly from the Venice lagoon, with mussels, razor clams and blue crab cooked in a steam oven , clams, red prawns, aromatic herbs. Next with a risotto with Sardinian blue lobster, sea bass and citrus fruit base and the Sorrento lemon tart, Calabrian bergamots, Noto almonds. All washed down with Ferrari, Torre Rosazza Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali Doc 2021, Jermann Vintage Tunina Venezia Giulia Igt 2022, Masciarelli Marina Cvetic Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Doc Riserva 2022, Marisa Cuomo Fiorduva Furore della Costiera, Marchesi Antinori Tignanello Toscana Igt 2021, Casanova di Neri Brunello di Montalcino Tenuta Nuova 2019 as well as a Chianti Classico Riserva, the Boschetto Campacci Ruello 2020, passito di Pantellaria Donnafugata Ben rye’ 2022.
