The video of the alleged group sexual violence against the Italian-Norwegian student, filmed on the night between 16 and 17 July 2019 in the terraced house in Porto Cervo owned by the family, will be shown again in the courtroom – the trial is closed doors Cricket. This was asked by the defense lawyers of the four defendants, Ciro Grillo, Francesco Corsiglia, Vittorio Lauria and Edoardo Capitta, following the report of the civil party consultant, Marina Loi. The defense team rose up and immediately asked the court to show again the video of that night, already viewed during one of the hearings in January, when the student was heard in a protected hearing. On that occasion, the girl did not want to attend the screening and was allowed to leave the classroom for a few minutes.
No defendants in the courtroom
None of the four accused for the alleged gang rape are present today in Tempio Pausania, where the trial resumed behind closed doors. From what we understand, the boys are still in Gallura and only tomorrow will they decide together with their lawyers whether to appear in court to make spontaneous statements.
