A few hours after the news of theidentification with consequent sanctioning of those responsible for theunauthorized explosion of fireworks which took place last May 31st Mayor of Andria confirmed the start of investigations regarding other episodes, this time which occurred in recent days in “INPS area” (Europa district):

“It was last May 31st when at midnight, in Catuma square, unauthorized fireworks explode. Obviously. The images come across us as “hooded” authors. They wanted to be clever, hiding, already aware of the crime. Got the author. We were celebrating an eighteenth birthday. It doesn’t matter that people are sleeping and shaking. It doesn’t matter that the alarms sound, the animals get scared and the public peace is disturbed. Who cares? Faced with the irrepressible desire to celebrate an anniversary, to hell with the rules. Well, the fine fine imposed by the Local Police, who made use of video surveillance systems, was truly an original gift for the newly eighteen-year-old. For future reference. Go on. PS: last midnight two more unauthorized “celebrations” in the area via Ceruti and surroundings. Let’s see who the lucky recipients of the next sanctions are.
