The elements “collected so far by the state police and the need for further investigative investigations, including those of a technical nature – explains a note – have made it necessary to adopt the decree for the seizure of the motor vessel”. In carrying out the seizure, the police personnel were assisted, for the aspects of their competence, by the Port Authority and by the carabinieri of the anti-adulteration and health unit (Nas). The police force personnel who had found accommodation on the Mykonos Magic have already been transferred to the GNV Azzurra ferry and to other accommodation facilities in the area. (HANDLE).
