The union meetings continue in the barracks of the Guardia di Finanza organized by the Italian Union of Financial Workers (SILF): this morning it was Prato’s turn
On the morning of Thursday 13 June, the first SILF union meeting was held for the staff serving the departments in via Ferrucci and Piazza Mercatale, at which the regional general secretary, Francesco De Luca and the provincial general secretary, Alessio Basili were present. Great satisfaction with the participation and the level of dialogue was expressed by Francesco De Luca, General Secretary of SILF for Tuscany. The union enters the barracks: “With 30% of the personnel in service registered with SILF, Prato confirms itself as the first province in Tuscany”, stated the secretary Francesco De Luca, who expressed words of appreciation for the excellent work done by the Secretary Basili and by the entire provincial structure. “SILF knows well how the well-being of staff in the workplace is the key to a quality service to the community” – continued the Secretary Alessio Basili, who added: “I am proud to announce that in these days, thanks to the support of the CGIL Toscana, we opened the first SILF welfare desk dedicated to the women and men of the Guardia di Finanza. The service will be aimed exclusively at all members of Tuscany and will be based in Prato”.
