As regards the means used, for citizens the private car corresponds to 39% of the overall movements. They follow the public transport (34%), cycling (21%) and walking (15%).
There are very different methods for those who live outside the city: if the reasons for travel are similar (study or work 79%, leisure/sport/free time 8%, personal errands 8% and accompanying family members 5%), the means used are very different: the car is used 65% of the time, public transport 26% and bicycle the 4%.
