CALTANISSETTA. The memorandum of understanding was signed between the employment center of Caltanissetta and the provincial adult education center of Caltanissetta and Enna (Cpia) with the support of Sviluppo Lavoro Italia. The protocol was signed by Dr. Gaspare Russo, Director of the VIII Employment Center Service of Caltanissetta and the School Director Dr. Giovanni Bevilacqua.
The Agreement aims to promote a series of common actions that promote the redevelopment and social and economic regeneration of the Caltanissetta area and the identification of the training needs of the adult population, also with reference to school dropouts, the development of key skills for lifelong learning, to combating the NEET phenomenon.
Another aim common to the two administrations is the preparation of a training offer capable of satisfying the needs of personal, social and productive development and the increase in the overall attractiveness of the labor market, with beneficial effects with regards to employment. and the liveability of the area.
Finally, the agreement intends to strengthen local services for businesses and vulnerable sections of the population, with particular attention to young people, women and foreign and non-EU citizens residing here, to encourage the fight against unemployment and poverty, promoting meeting between the hidden professionalism and the virtuous working realities of the Caltanissetta area.
