CGIL of Cosenza, important training course on the Home Care Premium project

On 6 and 7 June, an important training course on the Home Care Premium project took place at the CGIL facility in Cosenza.

The initiative was organized by CGIL of Cosenza in collaboration with INPS, with the aim of promoting and disseminating the project which aims to protect the most fragile people through a high quality home care programme.

The course was held by the doctor Emilia Bruni, project manager at the INPS headquarters in Cosenza, by Loris Pesce, provincial director of the Iinca CGIL patronage and Luca Cascardi, Caaf manager.

The coordination of the event was entrusted to Teresa Cavaliere, secretary of the CGIL with responsibility for services and to Francesco De Simone, head of the CGIL training department.

During the two days, participants had the opportunity to delve deeper into the issues related to the Home Care Premium project, which represents a fundamental resource for home care for the most vulnerable people in our community.

The training allowed the acquisition of specific skills to guarantee a quality service and respond to user needs in an effective and timely manner. Heartfelt thanks were addressed to Dr. Emilia Bruni for her precious participation, to the provincial director Angelo Maria Manna and Giuseppe Greco of the regional INPS for their support and collaboration in making this training initiative possible.

The commitment of the CGIL of Cosenza in promoting the Home Care Premium project is part of a broader context of protecting the rights and needs of vulnerable people, offering concrete support through high quality services.

The objective is to further extend the knowledge and application of this program, to guarantee a better and safer future for the people assisted.
