Anzio, 11 June 2024 – Three arrests in a few days: is the outcome of the work of the Carabinieri of the Operational Unit of the Anzio Company who arrested three people seriously suspected of the crime of possession for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances.
In the first case, a patrol from the Aliquota Radiomobile intervened in a house in via di Valle Schioia due to a family dispute, reported via 112 NUE On site the military identified the applicants, who reported that they had recently finished a heavy argument, however, without any physical aggression, with his 40-year-old son, cohabitant. Before finishing the intervention, the military perceived a strong odor attributable to a narcotic substance, coming from the son’s bedroom. The man was arrested and held in the security rooms of the Anzio station awaiting direct judgement, at the end of which the arrest was validated and the precautionary measure of house arrest was ordered.
In a second episode, a patrol of the Operational Wing in civilian clothes has a 55-year-old man arrested originally from Liberia, domiciled in the Zodiaco neighborhood. The man, known to the military due to his past, has been found in possession of approximately 30 grams of heroin, divided into three ovules. At the end of the direct route, the arrest was validated.
Finally, last night, a patrol from the Aliquota Radiomobile, during a road traffic control, stopped a 35 year old Italian driving his SUV, who appeared particularly agitated. For this reason, the military decided to carry out a search of both the vehicle and the man, finding overall, after extending the search to the house, almost 40 grams of hashish and a dose of cocaine. At the end of the direct trial, the man was subjected to the obligation to report to the judicial police.
