Enaip Forlì-Cesena Ets Foundation has opened registrations for professional education and training courses completely free for young people aged 15 to 18 to obtain a professional qualification. All courses include internships and curricular internships in local companies, with the aim of facilitating contact between student and company and enhancing technical and professional skills. There are many active courses at Enaip: Clothing and fashion, graphics and mechatronics courses take place in Cesena. TO Forlì those of thermo-hydraulics, electronics and electrical engineering. All courses lasting two years, for a total of almost two thousand hours of classroom and company internships.

“But what does it mean to choose an Iefp path in Enaip? – we read in the document -. The choice of a school path after middle school takes place in a period of life in which one struggles to understand what one’s talent and aptitude are, forced to make a choice which is inevitably also influenced by family, friend or circumstance dynamics. A decision that is often faced lightly and clashes with the perception of oneself and with the thirsty search for one’s place in the world and if, unfortunately, the designated school environment does not meet the hoped-for interest and is not very comfortable, it happens that we detach ourselves from reality, becoming aseptic, introverted, quarrelsome, disconnected and apathetic. It happens to a lot of kids, from 15 to 18 years old, and the only solution is change. Changing course, changing school, changing place in search of a place in line with your passions.”
“. . . : these are just some thoughts that emerged during an Italian assignment carried out in one of the Enaip classes that well portray how important being considered as a person is. Our era – continues the statement – lives on modified, artificial, artificial and perfect images that have no comparison in reality. Excelling, excelling, laughing, speaking in a codified and linear manner without distinction gives the security of belonging to a group and not being alone. But if we overturn these pseudo-codes and instead of excelling we fail, instead of excelling we have to succumb, instead of laughing we cry and so on continuously, what happens? It happens that we are misunderstood and go outside the classroom, in every context.”
“The word that emerges most in these writings is, not surprisingly, family: the children feel welcomed, understood and important but also free to express themselves without being judged, as in the most protected environment they know: home. The kids study, learn to do a job, mechanics, graphics, thermo-hydraulics, electronics and clothing, and then in the company on internships where they learn, compare, work hard and take responsibility. They learn a trade. Or they realize what to continue studying. There are those who become champions and there are those who still have to learn, but they already feel like champions.”
