Very intense weekend for Brancaleone Asti. Said of the young people with the good results of Chivasso, here is an overview of the results of the weekend.

On Saturday 8 June, in Mondovì, at the regional master track championships, three teams run the 1500 m: Elisabetta Sulis becomes regional champion, Massimo Cimino is 2nd and Alessandro Scassa 3rd.
On Sunday 9 June in Mondovì at the regional championships Elisabetta Sulis is vice champion in the 800 m and Massimo Cimino achieves his PB in the 800 m in 2’18”18 and is 3rd. Matteo Lometti returns to racing after a difficult period, runs at Monte Faudo, 25 km uphill in 1h45′. He is 6th overall and 1st Italian. In Masone, on a 9.5 km race, Loredana Fausone and Achille Faranda were fourth in the category on a very beautiful route made a little harder than previous editions.
In Rome, away to see the European Athletics Championships, Carola Corradi and Gabriele Astorino run the 10 km among the artistic and archaeological beauties of the capital. Carola is 4th overall woman and Gabriele 3rd SM40. Cesare Chiabrera runs the Vertical dei ciciu Villar San Costanzo (CN) and is 3rd in category. On Sunday morning, starting at 5.30 in the hamlet of Vaccheria, the 11 km Duoble Dawn trail with 350 m of altitude difference took place, a very demanding route up and down the hills of Guarene. Brancaleone present in 12 with various couples. Lorenzo Ferrero the fastest together with Salvatore Palumbo (Castagnitese Running).
