In the midday turnout data, Mendatica, Montegrosso Pian Latte, Badalucco, Olivetta San Michele and Vessalico broke through the quorum of 40% of voters – the only limit for municipalities that saw the candidacy of only one list – and will thus have a new mayor. Only the official announcement is awaited. In the center of Mendaighino, 48.98% of those entitled to vote have already gone to vote and will allow Graziano Floccia to become the first citizen. Already deputy mayor in the previous administration, his team is politically experienced. In nearby Montegrosso Pian Latte, the smallest municipality in terms of inhabitants, the midday percentage stopped at 47.47% and Marco Ferrari will be the next mayor. Vessalico will also have a new mayor: Flavio Manfredi after 40.84% of citizens went to the polls. Adriano Biancheri, for the third time, will be reconfirmed at the helm of Olivetta San Michele having already voted 46.75% while Matteo Orengo in Badalucco (42.63%) is preparing for his second mandate. The electoral brawl continues in Sanremo: the figure at 12pm on Sunday is 32.76% turnout. Still far from the total 62.60% of voters.
