The province of Cuneo has one of the highest voter turnout figures in Piedmont and in Italy. This is what emerges from the first data on turnout recorded at 11pm at the close of the first day, which was only half way through from 3pm to 11pm. The same is also true for District I of the North West (Piedmont, Valle D’Aosta, Liguria and Lombardy) compared to the rest of Italy.

Regarding the European elections
The Italian average out of 61,650 sections is 14.69%
The average of the I District of the North West out of 15,983 sections is 16.84%
The average for Piedmont out of 4,795 sections is 18.29%
The average of the province of Cuneo out of 686 is 19.02%
The average of Cuneo, the capital, is 17.29%.
The municipality with the highest turnout in percentage is Pradleves which also voted for the municipal elections with 35.96% while the lowest turnout was in Castelnuovo fi Ceva with 5.09%.

Regarding the regional elections
The average for Piedmont is 17.88%
The average of the province of Cuneo is 18.57%
The average of Cuneo, the capital, is 16.87%

Regarding the municipal elections
The Italian average is 20.72%
The average for Piedmont is 21.13%
The average of the province of Cuneo out of 420 sections is 21.74%
