Abuse at the bus station, filmed with a smartphone and spread via chat, with the video going viral in just a few minutes. With the victim only twelve years old. The police in the Modena area are investigating the second case of sexual violence against twelve-year-olds in less than a month.
The most recent episode, which happened a week ago and emerged today, leads to a bus station in a municipality on the outskirts of Modena. In this context, the twelve-year-old was allegedly abused by a young man, who was also a minor. Meanwhile, a second young man, who apparently knew the first, that is, the perpetrator of the violence, would have taken everything back with smartphone in hand.
The minor’s parents reported the incident after she confided in a professional from her school, saying that she had suffered violence in a place frequented every day, such as the bus station. The video obviously came to the attention of the flying squad, who for this reason would have already identified the alleged perpetrators.
On the case, now in the hands of the Bologna minors’ prosecutor’s office, confidentiality is however maximum, considering the age of the very young people involved. Less than a month ago, it was said, another case of sexual violence against a twelve-year-old girl still takes place in the Modena area: the minor in question was allegedly abused inside her own home by two young people, themselves minors and slightly larger; she would be a fifteen year old and a sixteen year old. During what should have been a day spent with friends, the alleged victim invited the two young people and a friend of hers to her home. Here the two allegedly committed sexual violence, which was later discovered by doctors.
After the incident, in fact, the minor confided in her family, who in turn immediately accompanied her to the emergency room of a pediatric hospital. As per protocol, the health workers then sent the report to the police, who in turn, in agreement with the Bologna minors’ prosecutor’s office, began to investigate with the very serious hypothesis of the crime of group sexual violence.
