The Rome Baths are back at full speed, with the reopening of the pools to spend a relaxing day in the sun and benefit from the albule waters of Tivoli. For all lovers of outdoor spas, ideal for beneficial treatments even in summer, a few km from the capital there are the Terme di Roma, with an added value precisely with the hot season of four splendid thermal pools and many services to spend free time dedicated to health and fun.
Also a tourist destination for the Romans due to the presence of archaeological sites of unique beauty, the superb city of Tivoli, with the presence of these spas, also transforms in summer into a place where you can spend a relaxing day immersed in four pools of sulphur-laden water , a powerful natural antibacterial with an important anti-inflammatory effect.
The albule waters of Tivoli are therefore extremely effective against the most varied pathologies, from respiratory to rheumatic, urinary and dermatological ones with baths which, combined with specific treatments, they concretely help combat skin problems ranging from simple acne to psoriasis.
Since last June 5th, three pools have reopened to the public, the large central pool and the two pools called “Ex Reserved”, while we will have to wait until the end of June for the reopening of the large island pool known as the “Beach”.
In all of them it will be possible to swim in the sulphurous water with a constant temperature of 23, 8 degreeshaving a total of over 6 thousand m2 of pools, with areas suitable for children, and others where you can also benefit from waterfalls where you can stop for a natural hydromassage.

How to get
Reaching the Baths of Rome is easy both by car and public transport.
By car from the A24 ROME-L’AQUILA motorway, you will need to take the “Tivoli” exit (take Via Tiburtina towards Rome) or the “Settecamini” exit (take Via Tiburtina towards Tivoli). From the Grande Raccordo Anulare you will have to take Exit n. 13 Via Tiburtina (direction Tivoli).
The spa can be reached by public transport, both with the‘COTRAL buses “Via Tiburtina” departing from the “Ponte Mammolo” Metro Station (Line B) every 15 minutes, with the stop in front of the Thermal Establishment; with either the direct Regional Train departing from Tiburtina Station or Termini Station for “Bagni di Tivoli”, with the stop 150 meters from the Thermal Establishment.
