In particular, the murders occurred in Marano, respectively, on 12 March 2015 and 12 May 2015.
The measure carried out is a precautionary measure ordered during preliminary investigations, against which appeals are permitted and the recipients of the same are people subjected to investigations and, therefore, presumed innocent until a final sentence is reached.
