With the arrival of the beautiful season it returns “Summer in Mirandola”an event that will enliven the city in the province of Modena, with over thirty events for all tastes and which sees Radio Pico as Media Partner. The scheduled events have been developed by the municipal administration for the months of June and July. He goes from cinema to music, passing through theatre. So the themed meetings, tournaments and shows up to consolidated events such as travel stories.
The initiatives will take place in June at the Il Pico Cultural Center in Piazza Garibaldi, while in July in the garden of the former Cassa di Risparmio.
On June 7th at 5pm it will be the children’s turn with ‘Summer Party’, a reading and storytelling show with Alfonso Cuccurullo. The cinema then returns with ‘The Countess of Hong Kong’ on 11 June at 9.30pm. From cinema we then move on to theatre, in dialect with the Il Borghetto company which brings to the stage ’40 years of laughter with Silvano’s Comedians’. The white night of June 15th with the library open until late anticipates the Music Festival and a program of 11 concerts in the library cloister: June 16th, “Sing your song!” Coro Aurora, Coral Nova & Cor Jove Navàs-Súria Jazzband; 167 June, “Rock in progress” essay by the modern music classes of the CG Andreoli School of Music; 18 June “Puccini 100, homage to Giacomo Puccini” G. Andreoli city philharmonic; June 19, “Over the rainbow” Young Guitar Orchestra and Ensemble MIX of the CG Andreoli School of Music; June 20, “Rock in progress” performance by the modern music classes of the CG Andreoli School of Music; 21 June, “Tribute to Henghel Gualdi” John Lennon & Gianni Vancini Youth Band; 22 and 23 June, Friends of Music Association; June 24, “Rock in progress” performance by the modern music classes of the CG Andreoli School of Music; 25 June, “A m’arcord Fellini, I remember Fellini” City Philharmonic G. Andreoli; June 26, “All you need is… Music!” Faith Gospel Choir and Armonico Ensemble.
June will end with the Burraco tournament. A further 13 events are scheduled for July: cinema in collaboration with the Circolo cinema Pacchioni, Travel stories, music and shows.
