On the evening of Friday 31 May, at the Regina restaurant in Crandola Valsassina, the Milan Club Valmadrera celebrated its 20th year of activity. 150 people attended the dinner, including members and friends who supported the Rossoneri colours. “We had the pleasure of hosting the AIMC provincial delegate Angelo Terrana, who accompanied the Champions League that Milan won on the magical night in Athens in 2007, making it available to our guests for the entire evening, to admire and use as a backdrop “special” for the various ritual photos”, explain from the Milan Club.

“The evening took place in peaceful conviviality, and was an opportunity to reward, with a symbolic plaque, the founding members who, way back in 2004, came together to give life to this fantastic Club which still boasts more than 250 members, rightfully among the most important and numerous in the province of Lecco. Obviously, importance was given by also rewarding the various supporting friends who with their support have been helping the Club for years in the small expenses of organizing its activities, as well as the current Board of Directors which, renewed over the years, continues the work of the their predecessors, keeping alive the ideals of meeting and aggregation under the Rossoneri colours.”

As usual, the Italian Milan Club Association also wanted to pay homage to the president of MC Valmadrera Franco Rusconi with a special gift designed specifically for the occasion. At the end of the evening, when the commemorative cake was cut, it was time for the lottery: members were able to win numerous prizes, all branded AC Milan, and the luckiest were t-shirts and balls signed by the players… “Obviously the most coveted prize was the t-shirt by Mike Magnan.”

“On behalf of the President of the Club, Franco Rusconi, and of the entire Board of Directors, we would like to thank all the participants in the evening, members, representatives of other Clubs, dear friends, the owner and all the staff of the “Regina” and anyone who has helped to create this beautiful dinner, demonstrating the incredible work that has been done over all these years to honor our beloved Rossoneri colours.”
