“E-state in Messina 2024”: the program of events from June to September 2024 presented [FOTO]

“E-state in Messina 2024” is the program of events promoted by the municipal administration of Messina, presented this morning in the Flag Hall of Palazzo Zanca. During the press conference, Mayor Federico Basile underlined that, after an important 2023, 2024 will see a further expansion of the offer of events, extending the meeting spaces throughout the city.

In addition to the places already used in 2023 such as the Duomo and Capo Peloro, this year Villa Dante and private organizations such as Indiegeno Fest, Horcynus Orca and the Coral Garden will also be included, where it will be possible to follow the European football championships. The big news is the six concerts at the Franco Scoglio stadium.

Councilor Massimo Finocchiaro highlighted some key events:
– The Rds Summer Festival with at least 12 artists.
– At Villa Dante, dancing evenings and dance competitions for all ages.
– From 1 to 15 July, a “stratospheric” event of global importance, not musical.
– The Indiegeno Festival, which will also visit city venues and host Loredana Bertè.
– On August 22nd, Alfa in concert.
– On August 11th, the Holi Fest.
– On August 31st at Capo Peloro, Gigi D’Alessio.

The program also includes sporting events such as beach soccer, beach volleyball and Messina August. In total, there will be over 100 events of various kinds.

The costs amount to 200 thousand euros, 70% covered by POC funds. For the concerts in Capo Peloro, tickets will be available at controlled prices to attract more people and tourists.
