Lamezia Terme – Following the declarations of the opposition municipal councilor, Rosario Piccioni regarding the silence of the administration after the promotion of Asd Sambiase to the D, comes the response from the Municipality and the invitation to participate in the Sports Festival “avoiding unnecessary controversy.”
“Sometimes – we read in the Municipality’s note – there is someone who loves parties so little that he always tries to ruin them, obviously failing. This is the case of Councilor Piccioni who often engages in cloying controversies just to get out in the press and improperly speak his mind. For some time, as he knows, the sports festival has been organized for the month of June which will involve not only the Sambiase team, which stupendously won the championship, reaching a historic promotion with a beautiful party in the square in which we participated, but also many other disciplines, with teams and athletes who have deservedly distinguished themselves in their respective fields. And then, dear Rosario, come on, take off that sad air that often surrounds you and your area, and you too come to the party which will feature splendid realities of our land which certainly don’t need those who, like you, seek to all the costs of puncturing the ball.”
