The Scuola Modulo Latina association, under the artistic direction of Laura Bernardini and the technical direction of Alessia Campagna and Francesco Compagnone, offers a show with a high emotional impact
Latina, 26 June 2024 – On Friday in the Nicolosi District, as part of the PICCOLA CITTA’ festival, a show of Urban Dance with great scenographic and emotional impact. The Scuola Modulo Latina association, under the artistic direction of Laura Bernardini and the technique of Alessia Campagna and Francesco Compagnone, proposes the urban dance show entitled “Rione”.
A series of portraits of an extended family, with rules, orders and vices that establish the natural balance of coexistence. The music suggests the rhythm, the movement punctuates the story: 20 young dancers move among the neighborhood scenery Nicolosi, in a neorealism version 2.0. Dance as a means of communication, transmission of values and contents through movement. An energetic dance troupe, of great impact, to promote Dance as a technical-artistic discipline and, even more, as a cultural force, in order to enhance its communicative and symbolic character.
The choreographies are by Laura Bernardini. The appointment is for 9.00 pm but already from 8.00 pm the Piazzetta Nicolosi, and the associations that have animated it for years, bringing it back to the center of the city, await you for a “aperipanino” by subscription to stay together and support the commitment to the social and cultural redevelopment of the neighborhood. Piccola Città is a Terzo Lotto IACP project, in collaboration with: Spazio Culturale Nicolosi | Lestra Children’s Theater | City Tomorrow | Chiron’s Angle supported by Creative Living Lab – Edition 5, promoted by the Directorate General for Contemporary Creativity of the Ministry of Culture, with the patronage of the Municipality of Latina and Ater of the Province of Latina, media partner RAI Cultura.
