CALTANISSETTA – The Commissioner of the province of CaltanissettaPinuccia Albertina Agnello, upon investigation by the local Anti-Crime Police Divisionhe issued eight provisions implementing prevention measures against individuals responsible for serious antisocial conduct.
Five urban Daspo measures were issued against people arrested last March in Riesi by the station police, involved in one brawl near an association for trivial reasons. To these people it was access and parking in various accommodation establishments in Riesi during the evening and night hours is prohibited for a period of two years.
A warning for domestic violence was issued to a 22-year-old who committed bodily harm to his mother and sisterreported by agents of the Gela Public Security Police Station.
A 51 year old from the province of Agrigentoalready reported for persecutory acts by the agents of the Flying Section of Caltanissetta, he returned to the capital and continued to harass his victim. He was ordered to leave the territory of the municipality of Caltanissetta with a two-year ban on returning.
In the end, a 24-year-old from Gela was warned orally as he was reported by the police officers of the Public Security Police Department for carrying a knife of a prohibited kind.
With these measures, the Police Commissioner invited all interested parties to change their behavior. Since the beginning of the year, the Anti-Crime Police Division has issued 100 administrative measures, allowing the Police Commissioner to issue 53 oral warnings, 18 warnings for persecutory acts and domestic violence, 17 urban daspos, 11 mandatory expulsion orders and 1 ban on access to places where sporting competitions take place.
