the Municipality is applying for funding from the Pnrr – TraniLive.it

The Municipality of Trani is still hunting for funding from the PNRR. This can be seen from the resolution with which the municipal council approved the candidacy for the construction of a new kindergarten externally pertaining to the Giovanni Bovio lower secondary school for a total amount of 1,824,000 euros.

Specifically, this concerns the candidacy for Mission 4 – Education and Research – Component 1 – Strengthening the offer of education services: from nurseries to universities – Investment 1.1: “Plan for nurseries and nursery schools and education services and early childhood care”. For this mission, interventions relating exclusively to the construction, functionally autonomous and structurally independent expansion of existing buildings and the conversion of public buildings not already used as nursery schools can be financed, all necessarily aimed at the creation of new places in the 0-2 age group years.

Last May 23rd it was signed between the mayor Amedeo Bottaro, the school director prof. Giovanni Cassanelli and the Manager of the III Area LLPP and Heritage, eng. Luigi Puzziferri the memorandum of understanding for the identification of the site. There will be 76 places available for this new structure.
