“Summer Plan” – In order to improve waste management during the summer period, the Municipal Administration has strengthened the door-to-door separate waste collection service for non-domestic users according to the following Collection Calendar:
Organic:
- Frequency: Every day before 11pm
- Modality: Wheeled with compostable/biodegradable bag
Dry Residual:
- Frequency: Monday and Thursday by 11pm
- Mode: Wheeled with transparent bag
Paper:
- Frequency: Wednesday by 11pm
- Method: Wheeled with paper or loose bag
Cardboard:
- Frequency: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday by 11pm
- Mode: Roller only for carton (do not use plastic bags)
Plastic:
- Frequency: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday by 11pm
- Method: Wheeled with transparent bag (do not place containers with liquids inside)
Glass:
- Frequency: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday by 11pm
- Method: Exclusively on wheels (do not use bags)
To further facilitate the correct disposal of waste, they will also be activated seven mobile collection stations on weekends and on public holidays, from 6.00pm to 12.00am, at:
- Passoscuro:Via Florinas, in front of the former Municipal Collection Centre
- Maccarese: Lungomare Maccarese – Via della Cesolina, and Lungomare di Maccarese – height Via Monti dell’Ara
- Fregene: Via Cesenatico, in front of the Raccolta Municipal Center, and Lungomare di Levante – in front of the Tirreno factory
- Porpoises: Via Coccia di Morto – height of Via dei Polpi
