One worker in three (28% of votes) has entrusted its preference to the FLC CGIL trade union, giving it a full and unequivocal mandate of representation and recognising, in merit and method, its continuity in trade union action and the results achieved.
The merit of this result lies in the ability of the FLC CGIL Lombardia to have established a strong dialogue with workers, based on listening, dialogue, intellectual honesty and responsibility in facing the challenges of categories: this is of clear recognition for what has been done, and not chatted!in recent years by the FLC for the expansion of the workforce, the stabilization of temporary workers, the valorization of teaching and ATA staff, the contrast to the bill of differentiated autonomy and the reform of the School as an ancillary instrument of the labor market, to favor of an authentic enforceability of the right to study and the right to work.
This is also demonstrated by the broad consensus obtained by the national candidates and especially the territorial ones, among the most voted ever on May 7th: Elena Mandelli (of the FLC structure in Bergamo) received 1,361 preference votes in lower secondary schools (11% of absolute votes), Massimiliano De Concageneral secretary of FLC Lombardia, obtained 1,364 preference marks in secondary school (9% of absolute marks).
The FLC CGIL Lombardia, in thanking the entire management group who supported the effort of this electoral campaign, assures that will continue with greater vigor and commitment to deploy its trade union action for the protection of the rights of school staff and students, that is for the daily implementation of the Constitution School.
18,594 thanks!
