Il Pizza Chef with Hat most famous in Italy Bob Fest 2024 in the name of solidarity. Also Salvatore Lioniello together with over 150 professionals of the third edition of Bob Fest of Catanzaro, a national food and wine event in support of the oncological research of the Airc Foundation. A two-day itinerant between good food, culture and charity that aims to give Calabria the place it deserves in terms of prestige, history and beauty.
On June 30th we will meet in the splendid location of the Scolacium National Archaeological Park and Museum in Borgia while on July 1st we will move to Curiga at Tenuta delle Grazie for a gala dinner with limited places.
Proud to participate, Lioniello will bring his different Neapolitan flair to the festival which, for the third year, brings together companies and professionals in the sector, including chefs, pizza chefs, pastry chefs, street fooders, winemakers and bartenders all united by respect for the territory and an exceptional product quality. There pizza with parmigiana and nduja it will be the specialty he proposes and which, without a doubt, will leave everyone who tastes it amazed.
Master pizza chef Lioniello will also be among the protagonists of “Speak in Pizza” a talk by Alessandra Molinaro and Silvia Rotella, for a fun exchange of ideas on the clichés to debunk about the world of pizza. Many interesting insights and discussions that will alternate with performances by artists, musicians and DJ sets for various moments of entertainment.
A festival, therefore, that is not only culinary, but that also aims to address various themes including the evolution of Calabrian food and wine, with a focus on bread-making and pastry-making, but also innovative projects and future challenges that aim to enhance Calabria to the maximum.
