(ANSA) – FANO, JUNE 28 – A quick hearing this morning in Pesaro court to validate the arrest of Luca Ricci, 50, from Fano, who confessed to killing his parents for reasons related to money, although there are still grey areas on this. The prosecutor Maria Letiazia Fucci has requested an order for custody in prison for double aggravated voluntary homicide, the investigating judge Giacomo Gasparini has reserved the decision.
