Friday, June 28, 2024 – Yesterday afternoon, a spectacular parade took place, with the teams and champions of the Tour de France starting from Palazzo Vecchio and reaching Piazzale Michelangelo for the presentation of the teams. This event represented the first great yellow party in Florence, a celebration that warmly welcomed the cycling champions among the artistic wonders of the city.
The teams walked along the suggestive ramps, climbing up to the terrace of Piazzale Michelangelo, considered one of the most beautiful in the world. Here, cyclists had the opportunity to admire the extraordinary beauty of Florence, immersed in a festive and affectionate atmosphere created by the citizens and tourists present.
