Among the disputed episodes, that of June 2020 when the offended party, after discovering a chat of his partner with erotic content, was grabbed by the hair and pushed with his head against the wall. Subsequently, she would have snatched the bag from her hands and thrown it out of the driver’s side window, then having opened the passenger side door, he would have pushed her out of the moving car, causing her to fall to the ground and move away from her, only to return shortly after. Acts censored by the prosecution which did not end even when the doctor decided to leave the house in 2022, going so far as to “storm the woman with harassing messages” about the future of her minor daughter and financial support.
