We look forward to bringing these high standards of service to Rome Fiumicino Airport, as the airport authority itself designed the new tender procedure precisely to improve the quality of the service. Unfortunately, the prolonged delay we are experiencing impacts not only the service providers awarded the tender, but also on passengers and on the airlines at the airport.”
