Quartu. On the initiative of the Youth Council, a music laboratory which aims to help young people who are passionate about singing improve their technical skills, also with group and interactive work.
The Youth Council, a body established by the municipal administration and established at the end of 2022, has among its aims to enhance the culture and activities of the young generations, also following greater information and awareness, as well as promoting initiatives, events, debates and events dedicated to that world, thus acting as an added value capable of supporting city politics and volunteering activity.
And in the exercise of his duties he now launches the laboratory I-Sing, which aims to enhance young people from Quarto with a passion for singing without barriers of musical genre. The initiative provides 20 hours of group work, divided into meetings of 2 hours each, always in the presence of specialized teachers. Once the hours of collective work have concluded, the participants who wish will be able to challenge each other in a musical contest where they will be able to show off their qualities.
In addition to the singing teacher, the laboratory, organized in collaboration with the Laurus Cooperative, also includes the presence of an expert in vocal editing tools, backing track production and digital instruments.
