For the celebration of June 2nd they were delivered to the prefecture in Piacenza the honors of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. A delivery, complete with initial surprise, as in addition to those who were awarded the honorary ranks of officers and knights, they were also awarded Emanuele Nicola Affaticati, a 15-year-old from Fiorenzuola, who, hearing a man talking on the phone, explaining the latter’s intention to kill his girlfriend, realizing the gravity of the situation, filed a complaint, saving the woman. For this reason, Affaticati received the recognition of “standard bearer of the Republic” from the Quirinale.
Among the 10 citizens who received the recognition is Raffaella Molinari, new Knight of the Republic. He is the owner of the stationery shop “Perfect Registers” in via Medoro Savini. Even today he continues the shop started by his father in 1946, just after the war. “I never expected to be here – says the interested party – I was surprised, to the point that when I received the letter I initially thought it was a joke. It is an honor that comes after fifty years of work.”
The father opened the typewriter and calculator shop, and after school his daughters also started working there. Raffaella Molinari still continues. “I had passion when I started and I still have it today. Work has changed a lot, but it resists: school children lose their pens and pencils, they wear out erasers, in short, although we live in a digital age, there are items that are still needed. Work for me is also a pleasure.”
THE AWARDED
In a room full of relatives, in the presence of the authorities and the prefect Paolo Ponta, in addition to Raffaella Molinari, the honors of Officers of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic went to the lieutenant of the financial police Fabio Esposito and to colonel Corrado Loero, provincial commander of the financial police since 2021. The honors of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic were awarded to the doctor Anna Maria Andena, to the first lieutenant of the Pontieri Engineers Fabio Cappucciati, to the lieutenant of the financial police Giacomo Forteleoni, to the retired administrative assistant of the prefecture Giuseppe Gattoni, to the deputy prefect Claudio Giordano, to Anna Ripa, an economic and financial official serving the prefecture of Piacenza, and to Giuseppina Suman, who works at the secretariat of the presidency of the Court of Piacenza.

Anna Maria AndenaGeneral Practitioner, in May 2018
was appointed District Director of the City of Piacenza, serving since July
in the same year he first held the position of director of the Primary Care Production Unit
then director of the territorial Clinical Government Unit.
1st Lt. Fabio Cappucciati since 2006 he has been part of the 2nd Engineer Regiment Pontieri
Piacenza in which he holds the position of Commander of the EOD Platoon.
Special Lieutenant of the Financial Police Giacomo Forteleoni
Having enlisted in 1985, he has served in the Piacenza area since August 1989.
Former Commander of the Guardia di Finanza Tenenza of Castel San Giovanni to do
dated 29 October 2019 he holds the position of Commander of the Operations Section
Police squad of the Guardia di Finanza Group of Piacenza.
Giuseppe Gattoni He is a retired administrative assistant.
Deputy Vice Prefect Claudio Giordano since 2021 he has been employed by the Prefecture
of Piacenza. Since 2022 he has held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff, as well as Manager
Regent Area III Civil Rights, citizenship, legal status of the foreigner,
immigration and right of asylum” and Director of Area IV Civil Protection, defence
civil and coordination of public assistance”.
Raffaella Molinari she started working in the business at a very young age
family initially dedicated to the sale and repair of typewriters and
stationery then, from the 70s with the introduction of VAT also engaged in
sale of Registri Buffetti products, at the time the only factory producing products
accounting (ledgers, VAT registers, bills, invoice blocks, etc.).
Anna Ripa he is an Economic and Financial Officer serving at the Office
Accounting Financial Management of the Prefecture of Piacenza with the assignment also
of Head of the Finance Office.
Giuseppina Suman He began his professional career in
1989 as an employee at the District Court of Piacenza, Office of
Judge for preliminary investigations. It subsequently operated from 2000 to 2015
at the Court of Piacenza – Office of the Judge for preliminary investigations
therefore from 2015 to today at the Secretariat of the Presidency of the Court of
Piacenza.
