Very busy day “Tennis Internationals – City of Vicenza”, Challenger 75 on clay (prize prize €74,825) at Tennis Palladio 98, to make up for the matches postponed due to rain.
We start at 10am with the quarter-finals spread over two fields. The singles matches on Centrale will be broadcast live on SuperTennis and SuperTenniX.

The first match of the day pits the Argentinian Marco Trungelliti (169) and the Chilean Tomas Barrios Vera (157) against each other for the second time in their career. Trungelliti won the only previous one in the Roland Garros 2022 qualifiers.
Following Francesco Passaro, world number 134 and first seed in the draw, he will play his fifth Challenger quarter-final of 2024. He faces the 27-year-old Kazakh Dmitry Popko, who beat him in the only previous direct match, also on clay , at the 2021 Todi Challenger.
The winners will return to the field in the afternoon for the semi-finals. Not before 5pm Trungelliti or Barrios Vera against the Bulgarian Adrian Andreev (235) or the Bosnian Nerman Fatic (220).
Finally, not before 6.30pm, Passaro or Popko against the Taiwanese Chun-Hsin Tseng (253) or the Bolivian Murkel Dellien (222).
