Digital Help: desk open at Casa Bufalini

New technologies make life easier, you just need to know how to use them. For those who still don’t master them to their fullest, Casa Bufalini comes to lend a hand. The Open Laboratory of the Municipality of Cesena launches the Digital Help Desk to provide citizens with free assistance and facilitate access and use of internet services from computers and smartphones.

The initiative, starting on Monday 27 May, was born as part of the “Open Lab: digital meets the suburbs” project: the facilitators at the help desk will have the task of accompanying users in services such as the use of public utility websites and towards the correct use of digital devices; they will provide assistance in managing your emails or certified e-mails; they will teach how to make reports and reservations online; the use of specific services such as the activation of the SPID, the electronic health record (FSE), the AppIO and PagoPA.

However, it will not be possible to request assistance to repair your PC, smartphone or tablet, or manage problems relating to software or software installations.

The service will be provided only upon reservation, by writing to the email address [email protected], by calling 0547 415080 or by going directly to the Open Laboratory headquarters in Cesena (via Masini, 16). The meeting with the expert will take place in person, in a workstation equipped with a PC connected to the internet.

The digital Help Desk is active on Monday afternoons from 2.00pm to 6.00pm at Casa Bufalini; a next activation is also planned, every Wednesday, in the Blue Room of the Malatestiana Library and in the Cesuola district.

For further information and reservations contact 0547 415080 or write to [email protected].
