Three winners of the Nicola Politi award

For the first time there are three of them. Martina De Luca, Giorgio Guglielmi and Francesca Baria. They are the winners of the fifth edition of the Study Award, reserved for graduates in Pharmacy at the University of Pisa, named in memory of Dr. Nicola Politi, a highly prestigious and innovative professional figure and president of the Order of Pharmacists of Livorno from 1979 to 1993.

“For 5 years now this award has represented an important opportunity for look to the future of the pharmacist professionrewarding the work of our most deserving students – commented the professor Marco Macchia, delegate of the Rector for relations with the territory – for this reason I would like to thank first of all the Politi family and the Order of Pharmacists of Livorno for what they do every year. Furthermore, in this edition, for the first time, three graduates were awarded for their excellent training and the significant personal contribution made during their thesis work”.

At the event, coordinated by professor Marco Macchiathey intervened Maria Letizia Trincavellidirector of the Pharmacy Department; Bruna Vincimember of the AIFA Pharmaceutical Scientific and Economic Commission; Daniel Dani, member of the National Federfarma Presidential Council and vice-president of Sunifar; Andrew Porcaro D’Ambrosiovice-president of ASSO.FARM.; Andrea Giacomellipresident of Federfarma Toscana; Emmanuele De Liberopresident of the Order of Pharmacists of the Province of Livorno; Riccardo Morellipresident of Federfarma Livorno; Franco Falornipresident of the Casa Cardinale Maffi Foundation, e Vincenzo Calderone, president of the Master’s Degree Course in Pharmacy. Also present was Dr. Nicola Politi’s son, representing the family.
