Another important operation against drug dealing carried out today 17 May 2024 in the territories of Minturno (LT), SS. Cosma and Damiano (LT) and Naples (NA), by the soldiers of the Carabinieri Company of Formia (LT), following investigative activity by the NOR employee – Operational Section, carried out between the last months of November 2021 and May 2022. A total of 4 precautionary measures were carried out against as many subjects ordered by the GIP of the Court of Cassino Dr. Domenico Di Croce, upon application request made by the Deputy. Proc. Dr. Francesca Fresch of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Cassino who directed the investigations.
In particular, these are the FB brothers cl. 88 and GB cl. 95, both already burdened by police records, originating and permanently residing in the municipality of Naplessubjected to the measure of house arrest as they are seriously suspected of having sold, as drug wholesalers, large quantities of narcotic substances such as hashish to the pusher AV cl. 94 of SS. Cosma and Damiano and AF cl. 2002
of Minturno, already burdened by specific precedents in violation of the regulations on narcotics and subjected the first to the measure of the obligation to reside in the Municipality of SS. Cosma and Damiano with a ban on going out from 9.00 pm to 7.00 am, the second to the extent of the obligation to report daily to the PG. The latter are seriously suspected of having implemented, with multiple executive acts of the same criminal plan, the illicit activity of drug dealing, in the areas of the Municipalities of Formia
(LT), Minturno (LT), SS. Cosma e Damiano (LT) and Castelforte (LT) with the sale of various types of narcotics, mainly hashish and to a lesser extent cocaine, to many young people in the area connected in turn to the retail sale of the narcotic, which once transported to the South Pontine it was immediately portioned and sold to buyers.
Not only that, during the investigative activities, carried out with the aid of technical tools, shadowing and observation services, it was possible to ascertain that the two retail sellers subjected to the precautionary measure often made use of the figure of a minor for safekeeping of the narcotic in order to escape from possible controls by the FF.OO. and ensure impunity. During the investigation phases it also emerged that the same AF pusher cl. 2002 of Minturno, he in turn ended up the victim of serious death threats suffered by the two wholesaler brothers recalled, in relation to some debts incurred during the drug supplies paid to him and equivalent to several thousand euros. For these reasons, the two Neapolitans are also accused of the serious crime of continuous extortion, committed even against the victim’s relatives who, considerably intimidated, did their utmost, in the month of May 2022, to pay off the debt accrued by their relative .
During the investigative activity, the following were carried out overall:
– two arrests in flagrante delicto, one of which against the person subject to the mandatory stay measure AV cl.94 of SS. Cosma and Damiano, caught holding 1 kg of hashish divided into nr. 10 blocks of 100 grams each;
– reported to the Prefectural Authority as a drug user a DFF man cl. 2002 by Minturno, a DFR woman cl. 93 of Castelforte and a woman PS cl. 2002 of Minturno, with the overall seizure of gr. 10 of hashish at their expense;
– ascertained, through investigative convergence with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Naples, the responsibility of the Germans subjected to the measure of house arrest FB class 88 and GB class 95, for the detention of 10.273 kg of hashish seized in Naples on 19 February 2022 dependent on a further brother FB cl. 85, in which case he was arrested in flagrante delicto.
