The Messina Polyclinic has published a competition notice for administrative assistants. The selection is aimed at graduates and involves the filling of 10 jobs through permanent hiring. The application for participation must be submitted by June 14th.
THE NOTICE
The requirements
Candidates must possess the following requirements: Italian citizenship or citizenship of one of the European Union countries or other categories indicated in the announcement; psycho-physical fitness; enjoyment of civil and political rights; not having been dismissed or released from a job in the Public Administration due to persistent insufficient performance, not having been declared forfeited from a state job. To participate in the selection, a high school diploma is also required. Three places will be reserved for armed forces volunteers.
The tests
A pre-selection will be made based on the number of candidates. Subsequently, the candidates will be selected on the basis of the evaluation of their qualifications and three exams: one written, one practical and one oral. The written test will consist of carrying out a multiple choice or open test. The practical test will consist of the execution of specific techniques or the drafting of documents related to the competition profile. The oral test will focus on topics related to the profile in competition and on verifying knowledge of the English language and the most common IT applications.
