Margherita Scoccia starts tour, Perugia will have a mayor in the future
Margherita Scoccia starts tour – Margherita Scoccia, candidate for mayor of Perugia, has begun her electoral tour, which includes ten stops in different location of the city. The tour begins today, Saturday 15 June, in Ponte San Giovanni, with the aim of meeting the community and discussing their ideas for the future of the city. “Now more than ever, Perugia belongs to all of us”, declares Scoccia on his social pages, underlining the importance of collective participation in building Perugia’s future.
Scoccia insists on the importance of the June 23 and 24 ballot, describing it as a crucial choice between two opposing visions for the city. On the one hand, the “Perugia of ‘No'”, which according to the candidate blocks development with uncertain policies. On the other, the “Perugia of ‘Yes'”, which promotes concrete ideas and projects aimed at improving the lives of all citizens without being held back by ideologies. “With me, Perugia will have a free mayor who looks forward,” she states with determination.
The candidate expresses her opinion need of this new tour to remain close to the community and continue the dialogue with citizens. “I felt the need to meet you again, to be together, continue to discuss and plan our future with you. We will do it with this new journey through the squares and streets of our Perugia. Perugia loves you, do it too,” says Scoccia, underlining the importance of everyone’s active participation.
