The board of directors of the Durante Dopo Di Noi Foundation has been renewed. The handover took place during the tenth anniversary celebrations of this important third sector reality committed to the promotion and protection of the rights of people with disabilities. The new council will be led by Massimo Giaroli, accountant and founding member of the Reggio Emilia Foundation. Giaroli returns to hold the position of president after the work done by Enza Grillone for two terms. “The priorities of our mandate place the Casa Domani project at the center – says Giaroli –. This special co-housing experience together with university students represents a real training ground not only for those who live inside the building in Piazza Grossi, but for the entire Foscato neighborhood and the city, our commitment will be to further strengthen the dialogue with the Municipality, the Local Health Authority, together with all the institutions, for the full inclusion of people with disabilities, which must include not only housing but also work and adequate welfare policies”.
Casa Domani was inaugurated in March and offers a cohabitation experience for 5 days a week for approximately 1 year. Alongside president Giaroli, on the council for the next four years: vice president Clara Cagossi, Duilio Braglia, Daniela Casi, Paolo Lusenti, Chiara Piacentini, Elena Lettera, Gianfranco Brozzi and Patrizia Credidio.
