“When the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing” begins De Luca’s city coordinator for Comiso, Giovanni Landro, regarding the Tari affair in Comiso increased by 28.46%.
“The singular thing – underlines Landro, deputy provincial coordinator of ScN – is that the councilors of Fratelli d’Italia also voted for this increase, i.e. the same party that, in Vittoria, criticized the increase in the Tari decided by the administration to a percentage of twenty points less, that is, just over 8 percent. So, in Comiso the increase is fine, in Vittoria, even if much less, not. But where is the coherence?
It is as if they themselves were confessed criminals, politically speaking. Beyond everything, however, we are referring to that same party, Brothers of Italy, part of the Sicilian government, the expression of some regional councilors who we have harshly contested at the Ars, with our deputies, because they have disregarded the commitment to pay the extra costs to support the Municipalities forced to bear the increased expenses caused by sending waste outside the region, to the North or even abroad.
A paradoxical situation, which, evidently, the advisors of the Brothers of Italy, despite knowing it well, pretend not to know. Among other things, if these sums do not arrive from the Region by 30 June, there is a risk of breaking the bank, i.e. the budgets of many Municipalities, including those of Comiso and Vittoria, will go into default.
A dramatic situation to say the least and it is on this that the councilors of Fratelli d’Italia should invite their representatives to the Region to provide answers”. “We – Landro continues – are ready to do our part and denounce all the distortions of the system until Sicily is freed from this tangle of power that is definitively sinking it”.
