7-1 at Montesilvano – BitontoLive.it

All in one night.

If an unexpected physics lesson were to be held, in one of those majestic university classrooms with desks leading down the stairs, the teacher with his jacket in order and his hair the exact opposite, would not hesitate for a single moment in saying that in physical matters, there is a new object never studied before called Bitonto: it is untouchable, resistant, it knows how to melt or become even more rocky, it stretches out like a river in flood or retracts like the sea at low tide, it suitable for all circumstances, always keeping its roots intact.

It’s a Bitonto with ten on his report card who also makes his way in game 2 against GTM Montesilvano and takes the lead second consecutive championship final against Tiki Taka Francavilla. In the second round of the semi-finals the lionesses, led by a Luciléia in a state of grace, score 7 against the Abruzzo women and they avoid the possibility of game 3. Seven goals, three from Luciléia, two from Diana Santos and one respectively from Mansueto and Grieco to send the PalaPansini into a frenzy and rewrite history once again.

A story to conquer next June 9th at the Palaflorio in Bari.

THE MATCH

Mister Gianluca Marzuoli chooses to start with the five made up of Jozi, Diana Santos, Tampa, Renatinha and Luciléia.

In the 3rd minute Bitonto tries to come out of the blocks and tries with Tampa from the edge, but the ball goes out at the bottom of nothing.

In the 5th minute, a sensational opportunity for Bitonto, but first Dibiase and then the crossbar deny Tampa and Mansueto the joy of the goal.

The goal is in the air and arrives in the 5th minute when Diana Santos receives from Grieco and with the dish from two steps ago 1-0 Bitonto.

The match was bad and Belli and Renatinha paid the price, as they were booked for mutual misconduct in the 5th minute.

In the 8th minute GTM tries with Manieri at the limit, Jozi is careful and deflects it for a corner.

The black and green goalkeeper, however, can do nothing a few seconds later when Taty does everything on her own, enters the area and hits the near post with her right foot. 1-1 GTM.

The match didn’t have a moment’s respite and in the 14th minute Bitonto took the lead again with Diana Santos who pulled out the house specialty, the long-range shot, and from her own half of the field mocked Dibiase at the far post for the 2-1 blackgreen.

GTM’s response was immediate and in the 16th minute Coppari hit the crossbar with his right foot from two steps.

In the 19th minute, extraordinary intervention by Jozi one-on-one with Pato which is worth as much as a goal.

AND 2-1 Bitonto at half-time.

In the second half Bitonto started strongly and in the third came close to making it three with Tamp, whose one-on-one lob with the goalkeeper went just over the crossbar.

In the 6th minute Diana Santos risks bringing down the building when she goes to the right and unleashes a powerful shot from the edge that hits the crossbar and ends up wide to everyone’s amazement.

The goal, however, arrives in the 8th minute when Luciléia goes with great class on the left and face to face with Dibiase aims and hits the far corner for the 3-1 of Bitonto.

GTM immediately plays for the fifth man and after a few seconds he hits the post with Pato Dalmaz.

In the 9th minute, however, Bitonto is ruthless and drops the poker with Luciléia who receives a long shot from Jozi, breaks away with a header and goes 4-1 neroverde and personal double.

In the 14th minute the queen updates the score and with a precise right-footed shot into the penalty area following an assist from Grieco 5-1 and hat-trick.

GTM is on the ropes and in the 15th minute Grieco recovers the ball and makes it to the empty net 6-1 Bitonto.

A minute later Mansueto also enters the scoresheet, turning first to the far post and scoring 7-1 for Bitonto, who also wins game 2 and prepares for the final on Sunday 9 June at the Palaflorio in Bari against Tiki Taka Francavilla, in a beautiful remake of last year’s final.
