The Councilor for the Government of the Territory spoke about it to us Municipality of Pozzuoli Giacomo Bandiera: “The Puc is a very important moment in every government and local community action. It is the tool through which one informs and prepares for an idea and imagines the development of the future with urban planning activities”.

“In the Puc we have chosen 3 strategic pillars on which to inform the planning, creation and organization of spaces for use of the territory. The first is the potential inclusion of our territory within territorial circuits. The other is to protect our landscape resources.”

“And, the third – adds the councilor Flagbradyseism has become a social, economic and cultural fact that involves the community. We insert within the Puc, as one of the strategic pillars, planning for both volcanic and bradyseismic risk as if they were an implementation plan for our Puc”.

So, what does the future predict for Pozzuoli? “For our administration – concludes the councilor – Citizen participation is fundamental. In recent months we have given rise to an expression of interest in public and private spaces, a call for ideas for Licola, and the listening campaign in Rione Terra. The Puc has its own validity and ability to have an impact when it presents a future designed by an entire community and not by a group of people”.
