The Cremona Federation of the Blue Ribbon Institute was also there, last May 4th and 5th at Militalia.

In collaboration with the Federation of Sondrio, that of Cremona was present representing the Institute and the CeSVam (Centro Studi al Valor Militare), which is the historical-educational section.

On Saturday, traditionally reserved for institutional visits, there was a greeting from the Honorable Paola Chiesa, member of the IV Defense Commission, and from the MEP Carlo Fidanza, present to inaugurate the edition.

After the flag-raising ceremony of their speeches, they moved on to the Cremonese stand. Both expressed praise for the work of the Combat and Weapons Associations and, in particular, the Honorable Chiesa, with great esteem, expressly requested a “female quota” photo with the president Paola Bosio who, having already met in other ceremonies, praised the constant presence and all the work that can also be deduced from social media.

Even General Carmine Sepe, Lombardy Army Commander, visiting the Exposition, where the Army is officially present, stopped to extend a greeting to the National President and hoping that we could meet for other initiatives in Milan or Cremona.

On Sunday, visitors, especially history buffs, asked for information on those decorated and family members to reconstruct the origins and events of medals and honors preserved at home.

The new platform designed by CeSVam was then shown, on which the Federations from all over Italy are working to integrate and update the list of Decorated for Military Valor already present on the site.
The final aim is to deliver to the Ministry of Defence, which monitors the project, an engine that allows it to find the deeds and names of all the Italian Heroes.
