“Edotto Club” Explores the Link between Self-efficacy and Creativity in Foligno
The series of meetings for entrepreneurs and professionals on new business strategies continues.
The events continue successfully in Foligno “Edotto Club”, a series of meetings aimed at professionals and entrepreneurs eager to understand and adapt to emerging dynamics in the business world. The next meeting, entitled “Self-efficacy: the importance of being creative”, will be held on Thursday 9 May at 6pm at the Edotto headquarters, in via Angelo Morettini, 8/F.
This session aims to explore the link between self-efficacy and creativity, elements considered crucial for success in the current entrepreneurial context. Self-efficacy is defined as an individual’s belief that he or she possesses the skills necessary to achieve set goals in a specific situation. During the meeting, participants will discover how creativity, often associated exclusively with the world of art, is actually a fundamental and daily component of every working environment.
The main speaker of the event will be Francesco Marino, renowned professor of Emotional Intelligence at the University of International Studies of Rome. Marino, author of the book “The pleasure of being there” and founder of Creo, a management consultancy and training company, will share his skills to illustrate how self-efficacy and creativity can be effectively integrated into business practices.
“Edotto Club” began on March 7 with a dialogue on emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence, followed by a meeting on the generational transition in the company, held on April 4. After the May appointment, the calendar will propose two other events: one on June 6th dedicated to the management of corporate conflicts and the last on July 4th, focused on new leadership methodologies.
Participation in the meetings is free but limited to thirty participants per session, with a final aperitif included.
